1. Our commitment to accessibility

FairSay Ltd is committed to making the JustPost platform accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and people using assistive technologies.

JustPost has been designed and developed with accessibility as an important consideration throughout the development process.

We aim to follow recognised accessibility principles and to continuously improve the accessibility of the platform.

2. Accessibility approach

The JustPost platform has been developed with consideration for:

  • clear and understandable content;
  • keyboard accessibility;
  • appropriate use of headings and page structure;
  • accessible forms and user interactions;
  • colour contrast and visual clarity;
  • alternative text for images where appropriate;
  • compatibility with modern browsers and assistive technologies.

3. Testing and review

Accessibility testing is carried out during development using automated accessibility testing tools, including browser-based testing tools such as Google Lighthouse.

These tests help identify common accessibility issues, including:

  • missing labels;
  • incorrect page structure;
  • colour contrast issues;
  • technical accessibility problems.

Automated testing is combined with developer review and ongoing improvements during platform development.

While automated testing is valuable, it cannot identify every accessibility issue. We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process and welcome feedback from users.

4. User content and accessibility

JustPost allows organisations and supporters to create and share campaign content.

Because content may be created by customers and users, FairSay cannot guarantee that all user-generated content will always meet accessibility standards.

We encourage customers using JustPost to:

  • provide clear and accessible campaign information;
  • use descriptive text and alternative text where appropriate;
  • consider accessibility when creating campaign materials.

5. Accessibility improvements

We continue to review and improve the platform by considering:

  • user feedback;
  • changes in accessibility standards;
  • improvements in browser and assistive technology support;
  • lessons from testing and platform development.

6. Feedback

If you experience accessibility difficulties while using JustPost, please contact us.

We welcome feedback about:

  • pages or features that are difficult to use;
  • accessibility barriers;
  • suggestions for improvement.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • the page or feature affected;
  • the type of difficulty experienced;
  • the device, browser or assistive technology being used (if relevant).

We will review feedback and consider appropriate improvements.

7. Standards and future improvements

FairSay aims to align JustPost with recognised accessibility good practice, including the principles contained within the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

We will continue improving accessibility as the platform develops.
