FairSay Ltd is committed to conducting all financial activities honestly, transparently and in accordance with applicable law. This policy explains how we manage payments made through the JustPost platform, prevent fraud and financial abuse, and protect both our customers and the integrity of the platform.

JustPost supports payments for platform services, printing, postage and campaign-related activities.
Online card payments are processed by specialist payment providers. FairSay does not receive or store payment card numbers, security codes or other sensitive payment credentials.
We retain only the transaction information necessary to operate the service, including transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts, currencies and associated accounting records.

Where a payment is disputed through a payment provider, FairSay will investigate the circumstances and respond using available evidence.
Where a customer has breached the Terms of Service or initiated a fraudulent or unjustified payment dispute, FairSay reserves the right to recover any costs reasonably incurred, including payment processor dispute fees where permitted by the applicable agreement.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available to customers.
Refunds are governed by the JustPost Terms of Service.
Where a refund is due, FairSay will normally return funds using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Personalised printed products that have already entered production or fulfilment may not be refundable except where required by law or where FairSay is responsible for an error.
FairSay does not tolerate bribery or corruption.
No employee, contractor or representative acting on behalf of FairSay may offer, request or accept any payment, gift or benefit intended to improperly influence a business decision.
Reasonable hospitality and customary business courtesies may be accepted where lawful, proportionate and unlikely to influence impartial decision-making.
Although FairSay is a small business, we maintain financial controls appropriate to our size, including:
FairSay will not knowingly provide services or process payments where doing so would breach applicable financial sanctions, anti-bribery, anti-corruption or other legal restrictions.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel transactions, campaigns or customer accounts where we reasonably believe they involve:
Where appropriate, FairSay may request additional information to verify a transaction or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Payments made to FairSay are accepted solely for the provision of JustPost services, including platform access, printing, postage and related services.
Where the Service provides JustPost Credits, these represent prepaid credits that may be used only to purchase eligible JustPost services. They are not bank deposits, electronic money, payment accounts or financial products, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.
JustPost Credits are non-transferable and may be subject to published terms regarding purchase, use and expiry.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by FairSay in writing, JustPost Credits:
FairSay does not operate as a bank, escrow provider or regulated payment institution. Customer payments are managed solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.
Anyone who becomes aware of suspected fraud, financial misconduct or corruption relating to the JustPost platform should report the matter to: support@justpost.pro
