Last updated: 31 July 2026

Purpose

FairSay Ltd is committed to conducting all financial activities honestly, transparently and in accordance with applicable law. This policy explains how we manage payments made through the JustPost platform, prevent fraud and financial abuse, and protect both our customers and the integrity of the platform.

This policy applies to FairSay Ltd and the JustPost platform.

2. Our principles

We are committed to:

  • acting honestly and ethically in all financial dealings;
  • preventing fraud, bribery and financial abuse;
  • protecting customers and campaign participants from payment fraud where reasonably possible;
  • maintaining accurate financial records;
  • complying with applicable financial, taxation and data protection laws;
  • investigating suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.

3. Payment processing

JustPost supports payments for platform services, printing, postage and campaign-related activities.

Online card payments are processed by specialist payment providers. FairSay does not receive or store payment card numbers, security codes or other sensitive payment credentials.

We retain only the transaction information necessary to operate the service, including transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts, currencies and associated accounting records.

4. Payment security

We seek to protect payment transactions by:

  • using established payment providers;
  • encrypting communications between users and the platform;
  • limiting access to payment records to authorised personnel;
  • monitoring payment activity where appropriate;
  • maintaining accurate transaction records.

5. Fraud prevention

FairSay operates a zero-tolerance approach to fraud.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • payment fraud;
  • identity fraud;
  • chargeback fraud;
  • invoice fraud;
  • unauthorised account access;
  • misuse of campaign funds;
  • deliberate abuse of promotional credits or discounts;
  • knowingly providing false information;
  • attempts to circumvent platform controls.

Where we reasonably believe fraudulent activity has occurred or is being attempted, we may:

  • suspend payments;
  • suspend campaigns;
  • suspend customer accounts;
  • retain evidence;
  • investigate the activity;
  • report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Where a payment is disputed through a payment provider, FairSay will investigate the circumstances and respond using available evidence.

Where a customer has breached the Terms of Service or initiated a fraudulent or unjustified payment dispute, FairSay reserves the right to recover any costs reasonably incurred, including payment processor dispute fees where permitted by the applicable agreement.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available to customers.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the JustPost Terms of Service.

Where a refund is due, FairSay will normally return funds using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Personalised printed products that have already entered production or fulfilment may not be refundable except where required by law or where FairSay is responsible for an error.

8. Prevention of bribery and corruption

FairSay does not tolerate bribery or corruption.

No employee, contractor or representative acting on behalf of FairSay may offer, request or accept any payment, gift or benefit intended to improperly influence a business decision.

Reasonable hospitality and customary business courtesies may be accepted where lawful, proportionate and unlikely to influence impartial decision-making.

9. Financial controls

Although FairSay is a small business, we maintain financial controls appropriate to our size, including:

  • maintaining complete financial records;
  • reconciliation of payment transactions;
  • separation between customer payment processing and accounting records where practical;
  • use of recognised accounting software;
  • retention of financial records in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

10. Sanctions and prohibited payments

FairSay will not knowingly provide services or process payments where doing so would breach applicable financial sanctions, anti-bribery, anti-corruption or other legal restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel transactions, campaigns or customer accounts where we reasonably believe they involve:

  • unlawful or fraudulent activity;
  • attempts to circumvent applicable laws or sanctions;
  • the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
  • activity that could expose FairSay, its customers or its suppliers to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Where appropriate, FairSay may request additional information to verify a transaction or comply with applicable legal obligations.

11. Campaign funds and JustPost Credits

Payments made to FairSay are accepted solely for the provision of JustPost services, including platform access, printing, postage and related services.

Where the Service provides JustPost Credits, these represent prepaid credits that may be used only to purchase eligible JustPost services. They are not bank deposits, electronic money, payment accounts or financial products, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

JustPost Credits are non-transferable and may be subject to published terms regarding purchase, use and expiry.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by FairSay in writing, JustPost Credits:

  • are non-transferable;
  • have no cash value;
  • cannot be exchanged for money or withdrawn;
  • may only be used for eligible JustPost services;
  • may be subject to published terms regarding purchase, use and expiry.

FairSay does not operate as a bank, escrow provider or regulated payment institution. Customer payments are managed solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.

12. Reporting concerns

Anyone who becomes aware of suspected fraud, financial misconduct or corruption relating to the JustPost platform should report the matter to: support@justpost.pro

Reports will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately.

13. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate payment information;
  • ensuring they are authorised to use the payment method;
  • protecting their account credentials;
  • promptly notifying FairSay of suspected unauthorised activity;
  • complying with applicable laws when using the platform.

Customers must not knowingly initiate unjustified payment disputes after services have been provided.
