1. Purpose

FairSay Ltd is committed to providing a reliable and secure platform for organisations using JustPost to run supporter engagement and campaigning activities.

This Service Reliability Statement explains our approach to maintaining platform availability, protecting customer data and responding to service disruptions.

2. Platform reliability approach

JustPost is designed using modern cloud infrastructure and specialist technology providers to support reliability, scalability and resilience.

FairSay uses established infrastructure providers for key platform components, including:

  • database hosting;
  • application delivery;
  • secure storage;
  • communications services;
  • domain and security services.

These providers maintain their own operational resilience and security practices.

3. Service availability

FairSay aims to maintain reliable access to the JustPost platform.

Availability may occasionally be affected by:

  • planned maintenance;
  • infrastructure provider outages;
  • security incidents;
  • events outside FairSay's reasonable control.

Where practical, FairSay will provide advance notice of planned maintenance that may materially affect platform availability.

4. Data protection and recovery

FairSay maintains measures designed to protect customer data and support recovery following disruption.

These include:

  • managed cloud infrastructure;
  • database backup capabilities;
  • secure source code management;
  • controlled access to production systems;
  • documented recovery procedures.

5. Security and monitoring

FairSay monitors key platform components and responds to significant operational or security issues.

Security-related incidents are managed according to the Security Incident Response Procedure.

Where a personal data breach affects customer data, FairSay follows applicable data protection notification requirements.

6. Customer data

FairSay processes customer data in accordance with:

  • applicable data protection law;
  • customer instructions;
  • the Data Processing Addendum;

FairSay's Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

FairSay does not sell customer data or use it for unrelated purposes.

7. Service improvements

FairSay continuously reviews platform performance, infrastructure and operational practices.

Improvements may include:

  • software updates;
  • infrastructure changes;
  • security enhancements;
  • usability improvements;
  • reliability improvements.

8. Customer support

Customers can report service issues or operational concerns through the support channels provided as part of their JustPost service arrangement.

FairSay will assess reported issues and respond proportionately based on their impact and urgency.

9. Limitations

This statement describes FairSay's general approach to service reliability.

It does not constitute a guaranteed uptime commitment or service level agreement unless separately agreed in writing.
