Policy > Modern Slavery statement

Last reviewed: 27 July 2026

FairSay Ltd (the owner-operator of the JustPost platform) is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, compulsory labour, child labour, or any form of exploitation within our business or supply chains.

As a provider of software and digital services, our operations are primarily office-based and our supply chain is relatively limited. Our principal suppliers include providers of cloud infrastructure, software services, printing, postage and professional services.

Although we consider the risk of modern slavery within our own operations to be low, we recognise that it can exist in any supply chain. We therefore seek to work with suppliers that demonstrate appropriate standards of legal compliance, ethical business conduct and respect for human rights.

Our approach includes:

  • selecting reputable suppliers with established business practices;
  • considering ethical and legal compliance when engaging significant suppliers;
  • reviewing supplier relationships where appropriate;
  • acting on any credible concerns relating to labour exploitation or unethical business practices.

All personnel and subcontractors working for or on behalf of FairSay Ltd are expected to uphold these principles and to report any concerns regarding unethical or unlawful conduct.

This statement applies to FairSay Ltd and its products and services, including the JustPost platform. It is reviewed periodically and updated where appropriate to reflect changes in our business or supply chain.
