Review of your organisation's standard GDPR & security checklists where answers are already covered by JustPost’s existing policies. Includes one review cycle (up to 2 hours) and a lightly tailored Data Protection Addendum (DPAd) although with being provided with other unpublished compliance documents.
Tier 1 plus provision of existing documentation and descriptive explanations of processes, technical setup, and operational practices. Includes one review cycle (up to 4 hours). Includes a a tailored Data Protection Addendum (DPAd) although with being provided with other unpublished compliance documents.
Tiers 1–2 plus extended internal compliance requirements e.g., child safety questionnaires, internal organisational policies, insurance verification, proof of accounts, custom governance requests. Any extra certifications and insurances will also need to be paid for on top of the compliance fee. Includes up to 8 hours after which each additional hour will be billed.
Compliance reviews can take significant time the more detailed they are. JustPost standard policies and terms were designed to be organisations friendly and thus widely applicable and acceptable with high standards of GDPR, security copyright and other compliance related protections. Thus any organisation requiring their own internal compliance process requires extra effort and cost to JustPost to ensure compliance.
The tiered fee structure means organisations with minimal compliance requirements don’t end up subsidising others with heavier compliance needs, and those with additional requirements get dedicated support and careful handling.
Every time an organisation asks JustPost to go through its compliance review process it is a new cycle. This occurs on initial onboarding as well as each time an organisation has updated its compliance requirements and wishes JustPost to re-certify its compliance as each update needs to be reviewed in full.
Beyond the included hours in a given tier, a charge of £150/hour is applicable. JustPost can give an estimate in advance if it knows all the requirements that may go beyond the above tiers.
